+Complete registration with checking "YES" at the "Do your require a visa letter?" checkbox.
+You will receive a visa letter from the COMPSAC2013 Organizing Committee by email in one or two working days, but actually additional documents are required. Please read carefully the [[guide by MOFA:http://www.cn.emb-japan.go.jp/consular/visa_tankishoyo.htm]], fill the templates,

and send them to <compsac2013-visa@net.ist.i.kyoto-u.ac.jp>,
with the following information
--Postal mail address (at which you receive the documents)
--Porpose of attending COMPSAC2013, either
---Committee member (main track, workshop, etc.)
---Session chair
---Author (paper ID)
---Supervisor of a student who presents his work (student's name and paper ID)
---Other
--Accompanying persons
+You will get the signed documents of them possibly within a week.
***For citizens of other countries
